Address their needs on the day of the event, ensuring they have everything required by communicating with both the couple and the venue.

Arrive before the suppliers.

Manage logistics for suppliers. E.g.Notify catering about guest arrivals for welcome drinks.

Oversee the ceremony. Coordinate the entrance of the bride and groom and work alongside other suppliers such as live musicians or the DJ.

Assist guests as needed. Guide them to the cocktail area, among other locations.

Facilitate entrance to the reception area.

Serve as the point of contact for catering and other vendors. Address specific meal requests and other special needs.

Coordinate speeches if necessary. Ensure catering runs smoothly during these moments.

Organize cake time. Gather guests as needed, including the DJ.

Manage the first dance if required.

Depending on the contracted hours, arrange transportation for guests returning home.
